115 Yr Old Jenkintown Beauty Seeks 4th Owner. You don't know it yet, but this house is about to get in your soul and it won't get out. You're going to look anyway because, over the past year of lockdowns, restrictions & cabin fever, you've realized the most valuable thing in life is throwing the absolute best parties in town. This house alone can't do that but it a great place to start. Helpful if you're late for a meeting, however, you'll show up wet and likely in a speedo, if I know you), newer 3-Ton Central Air and newer boiler (about 2013 for both), 200 Amp upgraded service and panel, and a beautiful architectural shingle roof (2010), but it's really a great place for a bash. All joking aside, the current owners have put their heart, soul, blood, sweat & tears into this place and it shows. There's still some room to leave your mark.
